**Once food bank staff has reviewed this request, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email before your hamper appointment day, please call 780-962-4565 ext. 1.**
Do not come inside if we are not serving your appointment time. Sign on the front door indicates what time group we are currently serving.
Volunteers will NOT come looking for you in your car. Please be waiting outside the front door at your appointment time.
If you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment you will need to rebook. No exceptions! Our phone lines are busy, we cannot hold your hamper even if you call!
Bring your own bags! We do not guarantee that your food will be bagged or boxed.
If you are at all sick, please stay home and arrange for a family member or friend to pick up your hamper. Thank you for your cooperation as we focus on providing safe and efficient service to you and the other 900 families we assist this month.
