Collection Dates: I/We agree to have the donated items ready for pickup by Parkland Food Bank representatives on the dates selected or to drop them off at the designated collection point on the dates selected on this application form.(Required)

Quality Assurance: I/We understand that all donated items will be inspected and processed to ensure they meet Parkland Food Bank's standards and can be distributed to those in need.(Required)

Participation Guidelines: I/We will adhere to the guidelines outlined by Parkland Food Bank for the Corporate Food Drive Challenge, including any promotional or marketing materials provided.(Required)

Data Sharing Consent: I/We consent to the sharing of our company name and participation status in promotional materials related to the Parkland Food Bank Corporate Food Drive Challenge.(Required)

Commitment to Focus: I/We agree to prioritize efforts towards raising the specific non-perishable food item assigned to us by Parkland Food Bank for the duration of the Corporate Food Drive Challenge. Assignment of items will be made in the weeks leading up to the commencement of the challenge. While all non-perishable food donations are greatly appreciated, to maintain the integrity of the challenge, only the weight of the items that were assigned to each company will be used.(Required)
