Stony Plain Canada Day is almost here! The celebration takes place on July 1 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Stony Plain and Parkland Pioneer Museum and the Heritage Park grounds. It is a full day of free, family‑friendly fun, and there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Parkland Food Bank will be onsite with a variety of carnival games. These games include Hoops 2 Shootout, Tee Ball, Bowl n Roll, and many more. Each game is quick to play and easy for all ages. Because of this, families can enjoy several activities while supporting a great cause at the same time.

We kindly encourage guests to consider bringing a cash donation or non‑perishable dry goods. These donations help support local families during the summer months, and every contribution makes a difference. When you give, you help Parkland Food Bank provide healthy and reliable food to people in need.

There is much to explore during Stony Plain Canada Day. You can enjoy live entertainment, walk through the museum grounds, or relax in the sunshine with your family. The event has many activities happening throughout the day, so there is always something new to see or do. As a result, it is a great way to spend July 1 with your community.

Parking will be available at Heritage Park. From there, guests can hop on the train shuttle, which provides a simple and fun way to reach the main museum grounds. This helps make the event accessible and easy to navigate for families.
