The Corporate Food Drive Challenge is BACK!!

Corporate Food Drive Challenge – Registration Now Open!

Registration for the 2026 Corporate Food Drive Challenge is now open! Parkland Food Bank is inviting businesses across the Tri‑Area Region to participate in this year’s Challenge, running from August 1 to 31. This friendly competition offers a fun and meaningful way for local teams to support families facing food insecurity while strengthening community spirit.

Last year, the Corporate Food Drive Challenge saw incredible support from 24 local businesses. Together, they raised nearly 9,000 lbs of non‑perishable food for individuals and families in need. Because of this success, we are aiming for an even greater impact in 2026. Your business can play an important role in helping us reach that goal.

As part of the Challenge, participating businesses will be paired with a local counterpart and assigned a specific food item to collect throughout the month. Each business will compete to gather as much of their assigned item as possible. The organization with the highest total collection, measured in kilograms, will earn:

  • Parkland Food Bank Corporate Food Drive Challenge Prize Ribbon
  • Braggin Rights
  • A Photo Opportunity at the Food Bank
  • Recognition on our website and social media channels

😁BEST DISPLAY:

We will also be awarding a special prize for the most creative Corporate Food Drive display. This is a great opportunity to showcase your team’s imagination and spirit while raising awareness for an important cause.

🎉 Ready to take on the challenge? Register your business today and get ready to collect your assigned items this August!

📦 You’ll receive your assigned category and the businesses you’re up against in the week before the event kicks off—let the friendly competition begin!

🚚 Parkland Food Bank will deliver crates for your collection—super easy!

💡 Show off your creativity with amazing displays, and you could score a special prize for the best one!

Tri-Region Hunger Day brings our region together in a shared effort to support local families experiencing food insecurity. While the need continues to grow, so does the strength of our community response.

With the support of local grocery stores, sponsors, and volunteers, this day turns compassion into real, measurable action.

🎯 Our 2026 Goal:
$60,000 raised and 20,000 lbs of non-perishable food collected

Every dollar and every donation helps fill shelves, but more importantly, it helps restore dignity, stability, and hope for families who need it most.

Today is more than a fundraiser. It is a reminder that when we come together, we can make a real difference right here at home.

💛 Thank you for being part of it.
