URBN LEAF Cannabis Kill The Munchies Food Drive

The URBN LEAF Cannabis in Stony Plain is hosting a ‘Kill The Munchies’ Food Drive!

From September 22 to October 30, URBN LEAF Cannabis in Stony Plain is encouraging customers, staff, and community members (18+) to help “Kill The Munchies” by donating non-perishable food items to support the Parkland Food Bank.

A Fun Way to Fight Hunger

The Kill The Munchies Food Drive takes a lighthearted approach to addressing a serious issue. While the name may bring a smile, the impact is very real.

Every food donation helps ensure individuals and families in our community have access to nutritious food and essential household items. As food costs continue to rise, community food drives play an important role in helping us keep our shelves stocked and ready to support those facing food insecurity.

How You Can Participate

Getting involved is easy.

Simply bring a donation of non-perishable food items to the Stony Plain URBN LEAF Cannabis location during the campaign period. Whether you donate a few items or fill a bag, every contribution helps make a difference.

In addition, cash donations are always appreciated, as they allow the Parkland Food Bank to purchase needed items and maximize the impact of every dollar received.

Community Support Makes the Difference

Food drives like the URBN LEAF Cannabis Kill The Munchies Food Drive demonstrate what can happen when local businesses and community members work together toward a common goal.

Furthermore, these initiatives help raise awareness about food insecurity and encourage meaningful conversations about how we can support one another. Every can, box, and package donated helps strengthen our community and provide hope to those who need it most.

Join the Challenge

We invite adults 18+ to participate in the URBN LEAF Cannabis Kill The Munchies Food Drive from September 22 through October 30.

Together, we can make a significant impact and help ensure local families have access to the food and support they need.

Thank you to URBN LEAF Cannabis in Stony Plain (Address: 4300 S Park Dr #100, Stony Plain, AB T7Z 2W7) for continuing to support the Parkland Food Bank and for helping turn community generosity into meaningful action.

Let’s work together to Kill The Munchies and fight hunger in our community!
