Tri-Region Hunger Day brings Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County together in a powerful show of unity, compassion, and community action. As a region‑wide initiative, Tri-Region Hunger Day raises food and funds to support local families who are experiencing food insecurity. Because the need continues to grow across the Tri‑Region, the event encourages residents to take meaningful action close to home.

Although hunger affects individuals differently, food insecurity remains a shared challenge throughout our communities. Tri-Region Hunger Day helps shine a light on this issue while offering a practical way for people to get involved. With support from local grocery stores, generous sponsors, and dedicated volunteers, the event demonstrates how collective action can strengthen the safety net that so many rely on. As a result, the impact reaches far beyond a single day.

🎯 Our 2026 Goal:

This year, our goal is to raise $60,000 and collect 20,000 lbs of non‑perishable food. These contributions directly support essential programs that ensure families in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County have access to nutritious food during difficult times. When we reach these goals, we are not only filling shelves but also nourishing hope, dignity, and stability for those who need it most.

Tri‑Region Hunger Day is more than a fundraiser, it serves as a reminder that hunger is a community issue—and that community is the solution. Whether you donate, volunteer, share the message, or participate in the event, your involvement helps build a stronger, more compassionate Tri‑Region.

Together, we can make a lasting difference. Together, we can fight hunger. Together, we can uplift local families and create meaningful change.
